  2. Usage Policies: 2.1. Conduct: Members and their clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all. 2.2. Compliance with Laws: All members and clients must comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations while on the premises. 2.3. Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited on the premises: a. Illegal activities or substances. b. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior. c. Damaging or defacing property. d. Disruptive or excessive noise. e. Unauthorized access to restricted areas. f. Commercial activities without prior approval. g. Any activity that poses a safety risk to oneself or others. 2.4. Personal Belongings: Sargent Road Farmhouse is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. Please ensure that valuables are secured appropriately.

  3. Safety and Liability: 3.1. Safety Guidelines: Members and their clients must adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols provided by Sargent Road Farmhouse. This includes but is not limited to: a. Fire safety procedures and evacuation routes. b. Proper use of equipment and facilities. c. Reporting of any safety concerns or incidents promptly. 3.2. Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, members and clients should call emergency services immediately. Sargent Road Farmhouse will provide any necessary assistance within its capabilities. 3.3. Waiver of Liability: By using the facilities, members and clients acknowledge that Sargent Road Farmhouse is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during their visit.

  4. Facilities and Amenities: 4.1. Facility Usage: Members and their clients may use the designated areas and facilities available for their membership level, as communicated by Sargent Road Farmhouse. 4.2. Maintenance and Repairs: Sargent Road Farmhouse will make reasonable efforts to maintain the premises and facilities in good condition. However, occasional closures or disruptions may be necessary for maintenance or repairs, and no compensation or refunds will be provided in such cases. 4.3. Cleanliness: Members and their clients are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the shared spaces. Please dispose of trash properly and report any spills or maintenance issues to the staff promptly.

  5. Amendments and Termination: 5.1. Policy Changes: Sargent Road Farmhouse reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through appropriate channels. 5.2. Termination of Membership: Sargent Road Farmhouse may terminate or suspend a membership if a member or their client fails to comply with this policy, engages in misconduct, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.

By accessing and using Sargent Road Farmhouse, you agree to abide by this policy and any additional guidelines or instructions provided by the management. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including membership termination.
