Community Vacation Rental and Gardens

Welcome

Welcome—make yourself at home.
Because this is one. We live here, grow things here, and open our doors for short-term stays through Airbnb and Vrbo when the timing is right. Somewhere along the way, the house found itself in commercials, documentaries, and more than a few YouTube appearances, which led to its availability as a filming location via Peerspace. It’s a place with stories, character, and just enough screen time to keep things interesting.

Book your stay
Sargent Road Farmhouse offers a relaxed, welcoming place to slow down—just outside Indianapolis, yet worlds away from the rush. This historic home blends rustic character with everyday comfort, making it ideal for family gatherings, quiet weekends, or creative reset time. Stays are easily booked through Airbnb, where guests come to unplug, reconnect, and enjoy a space that feels both grounded and special.
Join us for our monthly women’s retreats, co-hosted by Meleah, where the farmhouse is intentionally opened as a shared, retreat-style experience. These gatherings are designed for rest, connection, creativity, and embodied learning in a supportive, welcoming environment. Guests may attend as participants or inquire about hosting a workshop or offering, all coordinated through Airbnb with Meleah as co-host. Each retreat offers the comfort of a whole-home stay paired with thoughtfully curated experiences, allowing women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and be part of a meaningful community space.
Sargent Road Farmhouse Gardens
Our gardens are more than beautiful—they’re active classrooms and community resources. Through school partnerships, local fundraising, and nonprofit-led workshops, Sargent Road Farmhouse supports hands-on education, sustainability, and connection—helping people grow skills, confidence, and roots in their community.
