Jennifer Claphan

Jennifer Claphan is Executive Director and Co-Owner of Sargent Road Farmhouse. Since 2019, she has led the property through its transition from a hands-on preschool into a broader community space. Her work stays closely connected to neighborhood needs and civic life across Central Indiana.

Jennifer brings 25 years of experience in education and local business to the development of the farmhouse. She oversees its programs and partnerships while continuing the nonprofit work that has helped shape its role in the community.

Today, she is guiding Sargent Road Farmhouse toward a wider role in education and community-based learning. Her focus is on developing a useful local resource that can grow with the needs of the people and organizations it serves.
