Andy Claphan

Andrew is Co-Owner and Property Developer at Sargent Road Farmhouse. He has helped shape the property through grounds planning, construction, gardens, and hands-on community projects. His work has played a major role in how the farmhouse has grown and how the property is used today.

He is also part of Central Indiana’s classic rock scene and stays connected to the local community. His broader outdoor interests include canoeing and scuba diving. He is a certified rescue diver and has completed FEMA emergency response training.

Andy brings a practical, hands-on mindset to the farmhouse. A lot of what you see on the property exists because he figured out how to build it, improve it, or make it work better.
