Andy is the backbone of Sargent Road Farmhouse.

He manages and operates the property day to day, ensuring that everything functions smoothly, safely, and with care. From maintenance and operations to decision-making and long-term upkeep, Andy is responsible for the work that allows the farmhouse to exist as a reliable, welcoming space.

While much of his effort happens behind the scenes, the integrity of the property is a direct result of his consistency, problem-solving, and hands-on dedication. Every workshop, retreat, and gathering held at Sargent Road Farmhouse is supported by the systems Andy maintains and the decisions he makes to protect and sustain the space.

Simply put, this place works because of him—and because of the steady, thoughtful work he does every day.
